The common performance-based company provides uncommon custom information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services.
Cognizant is listed in the NASDAQ-100 and the S&P 500 indices. It has almost no firing rate, Cognizant do not fire their employees. Let us do take a sneak peak of the normalcy behind the cognizant walls!
Highlights of Cognizant VS other MNCs!
- The other business sectors have target ideals of sourcing employment, the TCS speaks for itself, with revenues of over $19 billion in FY18, TCS is ranked among the Top 10 global IT service providers. This result is besides laying off many of the former employees of it.
- It has a global headcount of over 4 Lakh, much of that in India
- Infosys has 2.3 lakh employees globally, but at least 40,000 of those who are outside India.

The need to satiate the bribery charges?
Th top news of Cognizant stated as, “Major American IT player Cognizant will pay USD 25 million to the US Security and Exchange Commission to settle its India bribery charges, as Department of Justice filed criminal cases against two of its former top executives.”
In a separate statement, the Department of Justice said Gordon Coburn, 55, and Steven Schwartz, 51, have been charged in a 12-count indictment with one count of conspiracy to violate the FCPA, three counts of violating the FCPA, seven counts of falsifying books and records, and one count of circumventing and failing to implement internal accounting controls.
However, sources say that L&T cleared off the entire fiasco and the follow up says there is no evidence of Cognizant paying the bribe.
The Bird View of Cognizant!
The recent times, we all know the Quess corporation had a major role with Amazon and looks like there are 15,000 employment seats as I fore see.
The traditional industries have set a layoff platform that turns away from its employees, which is quite the norm. However, Cognizant’s lens preferably sees things in a different way.
